The economics of Haiti
Haiti is not the richest country in the world but they still have a lot of money. The GDP per capita of Haiti is 3,306 USD. The GDP per capita of the Dominican Republic 22,841 USD. The GDP per capita for Jamaica is 11,938. They export clothing, scrap metal, vegetable oil and cocoa. They export most of their go to the United States with them being their biggest exporter. Haiti mainly imports milk, iron and steel, vehicles and fuel. Fedex is a major company in Haiti and a major drink company in Haiti in coca cola. Tourism is a major industry in Haiti. In 2012 Haiti got 1 million tourists and they generated 200 million dollars for the country. Agriculture is major in Haiti because half of their total GDP comes from farming. Manufacturing makes Haiti a lot of money because what they manufacture is what they export to the United states. One Haitian Gerudo is 0.0075 the United States dollar. Haiti is not the richest country but they have different industries that keep them from going bankrupt.

Haiti's flag has blue and red horizontal bars. It also has a white rectangular panel with the coat of arms. The reason red is on Haiti's flag is because it represents blood shed and losses suffered during the revolution. The blue represents Hope and Unity. The white has the coat of arms to show the weapons that are supposed to protect Haiti's freedom. The royal palm is to show political independence. L’union fait la force, “In unity, we discover strength,” is the motto on the flag.
